As members of the Presidential Advisory Council on HIVIAIDS (P ACHA), we would like to thank you for this wonderful opportunity to serve the nation in addressing the HIV IAIDS epidemic, and to congratulate you for your outstanding leadership in releasing the National HIV/AIDS Strategy (NHAS) inluly 2010. The NHAS has done a great deal to reenergize HIVIAIDS efforts in the U.S., and to promote a shared vision of where the nation needs to be by 2015.
